Intercultural diversity in an organization

Cherednichenko, K. Intercultural diversity in an organization. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The Bachelor thesis deals with intercultural diversity in an organization. The work is aimed at solving the problem of managing the interculturally diverse groups of AT&T employees. The course is structured around research questions about the ways AT&T has for managing foreign workers. The objectives of the thesis are to improve interaction and communication in the workplace in a multicultural environment and to develop the potential of these teams. The bachelor thesis uses Hofstede's dimensions, through which the main results of the work are identified. This is followed by a review of the collected results, a comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, and then recommendations for improving the management of the company.
